With the advancement in science and technology, a growing number of citizens and college students are more likely to make use of the online libraries. As far as I am concerned, the primary causes for this phenomenon can be summarized as follows.

First and foremost, the popularity of the Internet and mobile-phones provides us with such convenient tools that online libraries are available for readers in any time and any places. What’s more, libraries are where pupils, university students and citizens spend many hours in doing homework and researching for their book reports and papers.
